Heart Attack - Fact or Fiction

Have you ever heard the following comments?

It was the stress that killed him…
She died from a broken heart…
The high cholesterol caused that heart attack…
He was on so many drugs, no wonder his heart stopped…
She was overweight and out of shape. Her heart just couldn’t take it…
He had high blood pressure. It was bound to happen sooner or later…

All of these statements are partially true, but what is the bottom line? What are some of the real reasons people have heart attacks?

Let’s look at a brief explanation of how our bodies’ organs work together. To put it simply, the heart, adrenals and cerebellum (base of the brain) are the 3 major organs that run the body. Without them, there isn’t a motor, a battery charger, or electrical box. Without food, there isn’t any gas, and with junk food, we get the tainted gas that causes knocks and pings in the car.

If the adrenal gland starts to “shut down” due to stress, too much coffee, or too much sugar, then the heart and cerebellum must work overtime to do not only their job, but the job of the adrenal gland. Eventually after days, weeks, months or years, if this stress and poor eating habits continue, the cerebellum may start to shut down leaving only the heart to try to run all the functions. Add to this problem that once the adrenal function is decreased, hormonal levels start to be depleted. Liver function can become sluggish due to depleted hormones and poor diet. This in turn can cause toxins to back up, which in turn causes more stress to other organs. Once enough chaos has been created within the body, the heart has no choice but to short circuit or shut off completely because it can’t do all the work by itself. This is the HEART ATTACK. There is not necessarily one particular order that the organs shut down. It is different in everyone, and thus must be addressed as such.

Look at it another way. If you have a team of employees (the bodies’ organs) working together and someone comes in who is not a team player (an organ which is shutting down do to stress or poor eating habits), over time you will start to see discourse among the ranks. Eventually an unhappy team member may quit, leaving the other employees to pull his or her load. Before all is said and done, the tired or “abused” employees either quit or die trying to do the job of too many.

It’s the same situation. For the best results there needs to be harmony, and health should be addressed before it starts to fail. It’s like a training course. You have to set yourself up to win so that you won’t fail.

As a practitioner of energetic medicine and a survivor of cancer, I know all too well how important it is to keep checks and balances in the body.

I’ve had something as simple as a T-3/T-4 misalignment contribute to so much pain that I thought I was having a heart attack. I have felt the heart palpitations and panic attacks caused by adrenal fatigue. I have also felt the crushing pain of suffocation over the heart due to my liver backing up with toxins. Prescription drugs that I tried twice nearly killed me by stopping my hormonal function. Luckily for me I was taking the proper nutrition to correct and reverse the malfunctions in my organs. My heart was so very tired, that I was the candidate for that heart attack.

I could go on and on with the various ways the body gets to the point that the heart shuts down. However, the bottom line is that if you correct the deficiencies within your body, the likelihood that you’ll have a heart attack is slim to none. Preventative medicine is much easier and allows for quicker healing if an illness does occur.

Have your body’s energetic fields checked out and see where you stand. Stay healthy and live your life to its fullest. It’s a small price to pay to stay young and live longer!
