Down through the ages man has sought and received communication with
the Divine, with God. Sacred literature is often the result
of one's higher self making contact with the Almighty and His Emissaries.
The Gospels of the Bible are essentially inspired writings. Rembrandt
painted a picture of St. Paul imprisoned sitting at a small table
writing with an angel of the Lord standing by his side whispering
in his ear as he wrote. These writings are now part of the
New Testament. There are countless saints and ordinary individuals
who are able to receive this type of communication. St. Augustine's
writings, Sister Mary Agreda's City of God, and the writings of
Catherine Emmerich detailing her experience's with the Virgin Mary
are some such examples. Neal Donald Walsch's Conversations
with God is but another more recent example.
Ms. Coffey's book is one woman's experience with God and her
communications with Him. |
These communications came in the form
of letters to her from God. He speaks to her through her higher
self and she recorded the impressions she received. You can
open the book anywhere and read a letter, which is about one to
three pages in length. This is perfect for a short read
or before meditation.
These letters contain inspiration that heals the mind and soul
while it lifts your spirit to loftier realms. In these letters
God gives very personal guidance and advice on life's challenges. You
feel like God is right there speaking just to you.
The writing is reminiscent of the teachings of Jesus in the New
Testament without the fire and brimstone. It fills you with
hope for the present and a bright future ahead.
