Happy Birthday, Capricorn! 12/22 – 1/20: It’s important this month to be aware of your controlling instincts. You’ll get more of what you want if you negotiate. Watch your words for they can seem strict and distant. Keep your sense of humor and try other approaches instead of attacks. New opportunities are on the way.
Aries: 3/21 – 4/20: You are more competitive than usual, but remember that nothing – not even philosophies - remain the same. Uncertainty about where you stand puts you on guard. Recent changes and promises seem to be a passing thing. Regroup and you can get things back on track. Taurus: 4/21 – 5/21: Now is the time to be conservative. You are working with limited resources and everybody is raining on your parade. Your tendency is to retreat, reward and indulge yourself. Take care of yourself, but don’t indulge in frustration and self-pity. Negativity never helps. Gemini: 5/22 – 6/21: You generally resist routine, but you’ve felt adrift for a while. A little continuity looks good, for a change. You’ll be back to your old self again soon. Engage in deeper conversation for the sake of someone else. They’re hungry for a little true intimacy. Cancer: 6/22 – 7/22: Security issues cause you to emotionally shut down and retreat for your own protection. You’ve been ignoring your own needs in favor of comfort and emotional safety of another. This is an old trap, but you can change your response this time. Solutions come from intuition so you tend to expect mind reading from your partner. Speak up instead of shutting down. Leo: 7/23 – 8/22: You’re emotionally guarded and closed to risks. Blunt words are hurtful and may open an old wound. Use flexibility and charm instead of the freeze-out. Evaluate how you’ve structured your life with a realistic eye and change a few things to make life easier for yourself. Remember those date nights you used to have? Put them back on the calendar and pick your battles carefully. Virgo: 8/23 – 9/23: Obsessing about what’s not working brings more frustration than solutions. Try a more positive attitude and focus on what you can control. With recent upheaval, you just want things to settle down. Chaos is your greatest fear and if you guard against old habits and behaviors you can get everything back in their proper boxes.	Libra: 9/24 – 10/23: Indecision gives way to focus but take care that you don’t miss the subtleties. Consider that you’ve zeroed in on a non-issue and are obsessed with it. Put yourself in another’s shoes and gain a perspective on the situation. Give complements. Scorpio: 10/24 – 11/22: Exaggerations may have put you out on a limb. Weed out the non-essentials and focus on the necessities and your motivations. What seems to have gotten out of hand can be reined in for a more manageable situation. Tackle one thing at a time. Sagittarius: 1/23 – 12/21: Hidden wounds are no longer hidden and old resentments are intolerable. It’s important that you take care in how you speak to others. especially in your love relationships, venomous words have a long life. You’ve over extended in more than one area so don’t let your mouth run away with you. Aquarius: 1/21 – 2/19: Your ideals may seem unrealistic and you’re beginning to disconnect. Get back to the basics and you can resolve the current conflicts in your inner and outer worlds. The band-aid isn’t holding so you’re experiencing the frustration needed to determine what is a dream and what is reality. Go deeper to access your brilliant insights about real world. Pisces: 2/20 – 3/20: Impatience and anxiety cause you to go a bit over-board. Your “take no prisoners” approach along with uncharacteristic stubbornness and unwillingness to compromise stuns others. Consider that your brat-attack is overdue. Pay close attention to your Freudian slips. They will teach you something about yourself. Impulsiveness can cause accidents.
