A Vacuuming a Day keeps Bad Feelings
and Thoughts Away!
by Neeta Sanders
Our dear little ones, have you ever walked into a place
and felt like you just didn’t feel so good there? Such a place
has what is called “negative energy”. Either it has the
presence of negative energies from negative and judgmental thought
forms or “negative feelings” energies.
According to the Garuda Purana (an Ancient Hindu Scripture), negative
energies grow as they build upon and “eat” everything
we discard or every other negative thought. You don’t want
to keep judging people, thinking negative things about them or even
about yourself, because the negativity builds in the body and can
cause dis - ease and ill health, financial problems, and builds argument
upon argument.
So keep your homes and rooms clean, and free from the presence of
negative energies. Here’s an excellent visualization method
for releasing depression, especially when you feel like you have “soaked-in” or
absorbed bad energy from anywhere: It is called the “vacuuming
technique”. Try it when you need a lift and some room for JOY
in your life!
“Think of the form of God that is most dear to your heart. Now notice how
God is holding a vacuum tube. Watch as he/she puts that tube in through the top
of your head (this is where the crown chakra is). Put the vacuum speed on extra-high,
high, medium or low. Mentally direct the vacuum tube inside your head, inside
your body and around all your organs.
Vacuum every part of them, all the way
to the tips of your fingers and toes. Try to feel clumps of bad feelings,
thoughts or icky negativity of any type go through the vacuum tube,
just like when you’re vacuuming a dirty carpet. Keep vacuuming
for a few minutes until no more negative dirt goes through the tube.
Now your chosen form of God is reversing the switch so that a thick
toothpaste-like white light is coming out of the tube. It is going
into the top of your head and filling all the empty spaces where
the negative dirt came out. See your inside filling up with white
light.
You can use this same technique if you go into a place, for example,
your bedroom, a friend’s house or a classroom where you feel
there is bad energy. In the clean, fresh YOU, now decide to place
joy and happiness inside. Let those thoughts and good feelings shine
on your days!
