Just seven short years from now, December 21, 2012
we have been promised that all of us who are living on the earth
today will experience an “end of time”. Many ancient
writings, including the Mayan calendar and the Egyptian Pyramid text
have told us that we will “shift”. Both the Mayans and
Egyptians were excellent astronomers. The Egyptian texts tell us
that there will be the birth of a great teacher between 1954 and
2001. The Mayans tracked the cycles of Venus impeccably (more about
that later). They also realized that the earth aligns with the center
of the universe at 27 degrees of Sagittarius tropical zodiac (or
3 degrees sidereal zodiac)
This is not the first shift that humanity has experienced. Over the
past several millennia, we have repeatedly experienced peak of culture
and civilization, which is followed by an eroding of the arts and
cultures of the previously advanced civilization. Then we experience
a resurgence of this kind of sophistication. It appears that humanity
has been re-inventing itself for thousands of years.
Archeologists have found countless civilizations that are built on
older ruins containing pottery and art that is far superior to that
of the later periods. Some examples of this are found in India in
temples overgrown and forgotten long ago. These temples would be
impossible to build with today’s technology. The most obvious
examples are the Great Pyramid, the Sphinx and the innumerable stone
megaliths found throughout the world.
Western history tells us that the first civilization sprang up in
the Mesopotamian region less than five thousand years ago, but that
has been proven to be a very narrow view of earth history. Some examples
of earlier civilizations are as follows:
Egypt: John Anthony West challenged the accepted age of the Sphinx
when he noted the vertical weathering on its base, which could only
have been caused by long exposure to water in the form of heavy rains.
Where did the water come from In the middle of the desert? This area
of the world experienced such rains - about 10,500 years ago! This
would make the Sphinx more than twice its currently accepted age.
Central America: UCLA anthropology professor Charles “Chip” Stanish,
director of the Cotsen Institute of Archaeology, has been searching
the shores of Lake Titicaca for evidence of civilizations at least
7,000 years old. Stanish says he and his colleagues did indeed find
evidence of an extensive web of trade - strings of settlements at
regular intervals on the route from the lake to the jungle far below.
And the more he searches, the more he finds the ancient cultures
of the lake to be more complex than previously believed - highly
advanced architecture, sophisticated trade and even canal systems
that reversed the flow of rivers.
India: A recent find of a submerged city in the Gulf of Cambay, dating
as early as 7,500 BC, highlights the existence of southern sources
for the civilization of ancient India. This find is only the latest
in a series that includes Lothal (S.R. Rao), Dholavira (R.S. Bisht)
and others in Gujarat.
U.S.A.: Provo Utah, a stone face approximately 6’ in length,
3.5 feet in width, and about 3+ feet deep was discovered in the mid
1990’s by Jack Perrine. Its parts have been carefully tooled
and shaped, The rockwork of the nose is so precise that it does not
allow any water to enter the joints. It has absolutely no resemblance
to any of the cultural artifacts of the historical or ancient Native
American inhabitants of the area.
Jack also discovered some other extremely unusual artifacts in the
area, including one crumbling brick-sized object with an embedded
crystal with engraved wings. This symbol is found in and associated
with Egyptian and other ancient Far Eastern cultures. An ongoing
search of the surrounding mountainside has revealed two feline profiles,
unusual partial walls, and possible cache or burial sites. It appears
that the site was in use during the melting off of the last Ice age,
around 6,000 to 8,000 BC.
Europe: Vadim Chernobrovy and a team of Russian researchers found
the city, Arkaim. It rivals Egypt and Babylon in Russia’s Ural
region. Current dating puts this civilization at about 4,000 years
old. It is so sophisticated that each house had all the modern conveniences
including a connection to trenches, which supplied cool air to the
ovens and food storage areas. The entire city, with the exception
of a central square is round and it is oriented to astronomical objects.
Their ovens were so efficient that bronze was smelted there.
With the erosion of these advanced civilizations, goddess worship,
which can be dated back some 30,000 years, began to disappear.
