If you need us to create your ad, deadline is the 1st of the preceding month.

Please submit all support files to

If your ad is camera ready, deadline is the 7th of the preceding month.

If you have a large file that will not go through via e-mail, please have your designer load it on their ftp and send us the link.

Ad Formats we accept as camera ready: (300dpi) PDF, TIFF, EPS, InDesign 2.0, JPEG.

We DO NOT accept Word or Publisher files as camera ready ads!
Please note: Creation fees will apply if you submit your ad in these formats.

Please name your ad with your company name and run date.
ie: MyBookstore_0307.pdf
Please DO NOT name your file Oracle_Ad.pdf.
